Returning a product under the WEEE Regulations.

What do the WEEE regulations mean?

WEEE (The Waste Electrical and electronic Equipment) Directive is UK law that governs the disposal and recycling of all electrical items. The law, introduced in 2014, puts the emphasis on the producers and suppliers of electrical equipment to pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electricals.

As a retailer that sells new Electrical and Electronic products we will take back old items, provided it is a like-for-like replacement when you buy a new product from us. We will then responsibly dispose of the old product ensuring that it doesn’t end up in landfill.

Old products must be returned directly to our shop or head office (details below) within 28 days of your new purchase, clearly marked as WEEE.

Disposing of equipment yourself

If you choose not to send your equipment back to us for disposal then you can dispose of any electricals or electronics yourself at your local recycling centre, who will dispose of your equipment via a controlled recycling process.

You can locate your closest collection site by entering your postcode at www.recycle-more.co.uk

What products fall under WEEE Regulations?

As part of the WEEE regulations, all electrical and electronic goods produced after August 2005 that fall under WEEE regulations should be clearly marked with a crossed-out bin symbol which means they should not be included with household waste so that they can be recycled

As a responsible retailer we take all steps possible to ensure that our business meets all requirements of any EU & UK consumer protection laws, particularly the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and other legislation specific to the products that we sell.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding this process, please contact us at [email protected].

Deda Gera Gravel And Adventure Alloy Handlebar - Polish On Black

Season:Core Range

Brand:Deda

Code:13413PolishOnBLK

The Gera bar makes long gravel days feel easier. It gives you more hand positions, more control and a roomier cockpit for kit. You stay comfortable on rough tracks and quick when the route asks for it. It’s made for exploring—fast or slow.

How it helps on the trail:

The shape puts your hands where you want them. Tops feel open and steady. Hoods sit close to the brakes for confident modulation. Drops are flared and stable when the surface turns rough. Transitions from tops to drops are quick and natural, so you can change position without losing momentum.

Why the shape matters:

Deda’s EOS (Endurance Optimized Shape) keeps you more upright for long rides without losing control. The 55mm reach brings your hands nearer to the levers. The 100mm compact drop is comfortable and makes quick moves easier. The 24° flare and 3° out sweep at the drops widen your stance for stability on loose or technical ground. The 10° back sweep and 5° backdown sweep relax your wrists for long days and loaded bike-packing.

Practical fit and kit space:

The bar gives a generous 90mm central area for lights, computers, clip-on extensions or a handlebar bag. It works with Deda’s internal DCR routing or with external routing if you prefer. Clamp diameter fits standard 31.7mm stems. Available in sizes to suit most gravel bikes and riders.
