Amflow PR Electric Mountain Bikes

Amflow PR electric mountain bike on a mountain trail

Amflow PR electric mountain bikes

Full-power trail performance, adjustable geometry and the practicality of a removable 800Wh battery.

The Amflow PR is a full-carbon electric mountain bike made for riders who want serious climbing support, confident trail handling and a battery that can be removed for charging or swapping.

Both PR models combine 160mm front travel with progressive, highly adjustable geometry. The standard PR Carbon uses the Avinox M2 drive unit, while the PR Carbon Pro steps up to the more powerful M2S system, faster charging and upgraded suspension.

What makes the Amflow PR different?

The PR takes Amflow’s powerful, connected ride system and places it in a more practical trail-bike platform, with removable battery access and a wide range of geometry adjustment.

Removable 800Wh battery

Slide the battery out for easier indoor charging or swap it during longer riding trips. It is a useful advantage when storing the bike away from a power socket.

Geometry you can tune

Adjustable headset cups, bottom-bracket settings and four chainstay positions provide up to 40 possible geometry combinations for different terrain and handling preferences.

Choose the strong, controlled assistance of the M2 motor or move to the M2S system for up to 150Nm of torque when maximum climbing support matters.

Key features across the Amflow PR range

The two builds differ in motor output, suspension and charging speed, but share the same adaptable carbon trail-bike platform and connected Avinox controls.

Full-carbon frame

A carbon front and rear triangle keep the chassis responsive while providing the strength and stiffness needed for demanding eMTB riding. Amflow quotes a frame weight of approximately 2.9kg for a size M PR Carbon.

160mm FOX suspension

Both models use a 160mm fork and 210 x 55mm air shock. The PR Carbon Pro receives higher-grade FOX suspension with more refined damping control.

Adjustable wheel and geometry setup

The frame supports 27.5-inch or 29-inch rear wheels. Five head-angle positions, two bottom-bracket settings and four chainstay positions let you prioritise agility, stability, clearance or cornering feel.

OLED display and wireless controls

The 2-inch integrated display gives you ride and system information at a glance, while handlebar controllers keep mode changes within easy reach.

Connected ride features

The Avinox Ride app supports route-file imports, ride data, assist-mode customisation and system updates. The PR also supports Apple Find My tracking.

Who is the Amflow PR for?

The PR makes most sense for trail and all-mountain riders who want a powerful eMTB but also value straightforward charging, easy battery removal and the freedom to tune the bike’s handling.

Its 160/150mm travel setup and adjustable geometry suit technical climbs, rough natural trails and bike-park days, while the 800Wh battery gives plenty of scope for bigger rides.

Riders placing the greatest emphasis on low weight and seamless battery integration should also compare the Amflow PX range.

Big-ride range with easier charging

The standard 800Wh battery offers high capacity for long days and repeated climbing. More importantly, it slides out of the frame, so you can charge it separately from the bike or carry another battery for extended trips.

The PR Carbon includes the Avinox M2 motor with 110Nm nominal and 125Nm peak torque. The PR Carbon Pro uses the lighter M2S drive unit, increasing output to 130Nm nominal and 150Nm peak torque, and includes the faster 508W charger.

Amflow PR or Amflow PX?

Both are full-power carbon eMTBs built around the latest Avinox system. The key choice is between the PR’s removable-battery practicality and the PX’s lighter, more integrated approach.

Amflow PR Carbon or PR Carbon Pro?

Both models share the carbon frame, removable 800Wh battery, SRAM Eagle Transmission and Magura Gustav Pro brakes. The Pro upgrade is mainly about stronger motor output, faster charging and more capable FOX suspension.
