Returning a product under the WEEE Regulations.

What do the WEEE regulations mean?

WEEE (The Waste Electrical and electronic Equipment) Directive is UK law that governs the disposal and recycling of all electrical items. The law, introduced in 2014, puts the emphasis on the producers and suppliers of electrical equipment to pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electricals.

As a retailer that sells new Electrical and Electronic products we will take back old items, provided it is a like-for-like replacement when you buy a new product from us. We will then responsibly dispose of the old product ensuring that it doesn’t end up in landfill.

Old products must be returned directly to our shop or head office (details below) within 28 days of your new purchase, clearly marked as WEEE.

Disposing of equipment yourself

If you choose not to send your equipment back to us for disposal then you can dispose of any electricals or electronics yourself at your local recycling centre, who will dispose of your equipment via a controlled recycling process.

You can locate your closest collection site by entering your postcode at www.recycle-more.co.uk

What products fall under WEEE Regulations?

As part of the WEEE regulations, all electrical and electronic goods produced after August 2005 that fall under WEEE regulations should be clearly marked with a crossed-out bin symbol which means they should not be included with household waste so that they can be recycled

As a responsible retailer we take all steps possible to ensure that our business meets all requirements of any EU & UK consumer protection laws, particularly the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and other legislation specific to the products that we sell.

Dt Swiss 350 DEG Classic 6 Bolt 148 x 12mm Boost 28H Micro Spline MTB Hub

Season:Core Range

Brand:Dt Swiss

Code:HBDT35111

DT 350 DEG rear hub

Ride technical lines with confidence. The DT 350 DEG wakes the drive train instantly. It gives you quick, precise engagement so you can flick, accelerate and hold a line without lag. It feels direct. It sounds purposeful. It keeps you in control where the trail gets twitchy.

Why rapid engagement matters

On steep, technical trails, every millimetre of pedal travel counts. Faster engagement reduces the wobble between pedal input and forward motion. That lets you correct, punch and accelerate with more assurance. DT rethought their ratchet system so this hub responds sooner—without the usual trade-offs in reliability.

What’s changed and why it helps

DT reworked the ratchet design to fit their largest drive ratchets yet. The 350 DEG uses 72 teeth and delivers 5 degrees of engagement. That gives a sharp, readable feel off the line. It’s based heavily on the 240 DEG but uses a simpler, less-machined hub shell and axle. That saves CNC time and keeps costs sensible, at the expense of a slight weight increase compared with the 240.

Built to last on trail

The hub keeps the trusted DT ratchet architecture you know for ease of service and durability. It uses the same quad bearing arrangement as the 240, with custom DT steel bearings and improved contact-free double flange sealing. The result is durable performance that stays consistent ride after ride.

Easy service, even mid-ride

Tool-free servicing keeps maintenance quick and simple. You can sort a pinch‑fix on the trail or perform a fast service at home without hunting for special tools. It’s practical design that gets you back on the trail faster.
