Returning a product under the WEEE Regulations.

What do the WEEE regulations mean?

WEEE (The Waste Electrical and electronic Equipment) Directive is UK law that governs the disposal and recycling of all electrical items. The law, introduced in 2014, puts the emphasis on the producers and suppliers of electrical equipment to pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electricals.

As a retailer that sells new Electrical and Electronic products we will take back old items, provided it is a like-for-like replacement when you buy a new product from us. We will then responsibly dispose of the old product ensuring that it doesn’t end up in landfill.

Old products must be returned directly to our shop or head office (details below) within 28 days of your new purchase, clearly marked as WEEE.

Disposing of equipment yourself

If you choose not to send your equipment back to us for disposal then you can dispose of any electricals or electronics yourself at your local recycling centre, who will dispose of your equipment via a controlled recycling process.

What products fall under WEEE Regulations?

As part of the WEEE regulations, all electrical and electronic goods produced after August 2005 that fall under WEEE regulations should be clearly marked with a crossed-out bin symbol which means they should not be included with household waste so that they can be recycled

As a responsible retailer we take all steps possible to ensure that our business meets all requirements of any EU & UK consumer protection laws, particularly the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and other legislation specific to the products that we sell.

Ridgeback Panorama 2026 Touring Bike - Burrows Burgundy

Season:2026

Brand:Ridgeback

Code:RB11410BUR

The Ridgeback Panorama is made for the long way round. It suits the daily ride just as well as a loaded tour, with the kind of calm, dependable feel that makes time in the saddle easier to enjoy. It is built to take luggage, bad weather and long days in stride.

Built for the miles:

At its heart is a Reynolds 725 chromoly steel frame. It gives the bike a steady, forgiving ride and a feel that suits long hours on the road. The relaxed geometry helps keep things comfortable, while still giving you enough precision when the route turns demanding.

Always ready to roll:

The Panorama comes with Busch & Müller dynamo lighting front and rear, powered by a Shimano DH-3D32 dynamo hub. That means reliable visibility without thinking about charging. Full-length mudguards help keep spray off, so the bike stays practical when the weather turns.

Gearing that works with you:

A Shimano Cues 2x9-speed drivetrain keeps the Panorama moving with simple, dependable shifting. The 46/30T chainset and 11-39T cassette give you a useful spread of gears for loaded climbs and quicker road miles between stops. It is the sort of setup that feels sensible when the route gets long.

Made to carry the load:

An AtranVelo AVS rear rack with a 27kg limit gives you proper carrying capacity, while the AtranVelo Explorer front rack adds even more versatility. Vittoria Randonneur 700x40c tyres help smooth out rough tarmac and light bridleway surfaces, with puncture protection built in for extra peace of mind. TRP Spyre-C mechanical disc brakes bring steady stopping power, and the AtranVelo Parko HV kickstand makes loading and unloading easier.

Key Features:

  • Reynolds 725 butted chromoly steel frame with lifetime warranty
  • Relaxed trekking geometry for comfort on long rides
  • Busch & Müller dynamo lighting front and rear, powered by a Shimano DH-3D32 dynamo hub
