Returning a product under the WEEE Regulations.

What do the WEEE regulations mean?

WEEE (The Waste Electrical and electronic Equipment) Directive is UK law that governs the disposal and recycling of all electrical items. The law, introduced in 2014, puts the emphasis on the producers and suppliers of electrical equipment to pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electricals.

As a retailer that sells new Electrical and Electronic products we will take back old items, provided it is a like-for-like replacement when you buy a new product from us. We will then responsibly dispose of the old product ensuring that it doesn’t end up in landfill.

Old products must be returned directly to our shop or head office (details below) within 28 days of your new purchase, clearly marked as WEEE.

Disposing of equipment yourself

If you choose not to send your equipment back to us for disposal then you can dispose of any electricals or electronics yourself at your local recycling centre, who will dispose of your equipment via a controlled recycling process.

You can locate your closest collection site by entering your postcode at www.recycle-more.co.uk

What products fall under WEEE Regulations?

As part of the WEEE regulations, all electrical and electronic goods produced after August 2005 that fall under WEEE regulations should be clearly marked with a crossed-out bin symbol which means they should not be included with household waste so that they can be recycled

As a responsible retailer we take all steps possible to ensure that our business meets all requirements of any EU & UK consumer protection laws, particularly the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and other legislation specific to the products that we sell.

Muc-Off Bottle For Life Bundle - Makes 4L of Bike Cleaner

Season:Core Range

Brand:Muc-Off

Code:20609

Why this matters

You want to ride hard and clean fast. This bundle lets you blast through mud, grime and weekly build-up without piling on single‑use plastic. The Bottle For Life feels solid in your hand. The powder dissolves quick. The result? A shiny bike and a smaller footprint. Simple as that.

What it gives you

Long‑lasting kit that actually lasts. The aluminium bottle resists knocks and won’t taste like plastic. The silicone base protects the bottle — and your frame — if it takes a tumble. Two Punk Powder sachets make cleaning easy, and replacement sachets arrive in letterbox‑friendly, plastic‑free packs. It’s practical, neat and kind to the planet.

Key Features:

  • Tough aluminium Bottle For Life — designed to last
  • Non‑toxic, food‑grade silicone base for protection and stability
  • Two Punk Powder sachets included (2L of bike cleaner when mixed)
  • 92% less packaging vs two 1L bottles of Nano Tech Bike Cleaner
  • 100% plastic‑free packaging and compostable sachets
  • 100% water‑free powder that dissolves in any temperature or hardness of water
  • Readily biodegradable, plant‑based ingredients; vegan and cruelty‑free
  • Safe on all parts and surfaces including carbon fibre; won’t harm seals, cables, disc pads or rotors
  • Alkaline formula, free from alcohol, CFCs, solvents and acids
  • Compatible with Muc‑Off Pressure Washer snow foam lancer attachment

What’s in the bundle

  • 1 x Bottle For Life (aluminium bottle with silicone base)
  • 2 x Punk Powder sachets (add water to make bike cleaner)

How to mix the powder

  • Use your Bottle For Life or an empty Muc‑Off bottle. You may need pliers to remove an old trigger.
  • Fill the bottle to the shoulders with 1 litre of lukewarm water to speed activation.
  • Cut one corner of the sachet and pour the powder into the bottle. Use the box as a funnel if you like.
  • Screw the trigger back on tight and shake hard for 30–60 seconds until dissolved.
  • If bits remain, keep shaking. Then go clean that filthy bike.

How to clean your bike

  • Rinse the bike first.
  • Spray cleaner across the frame and components. Leave 3–5 minutes.
  • Agitate stubborn grime with a brush or sponge.
  • Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  • Protect components after washing with MO‑94, Bike Protect or HCB‑1, and use Silicone Shine on frame and suspension to reduce dirt build‑up.

Care, storage and safety

  • Store sealed, unused sachets in a dry, ventilated place away from heat and direct sun. Shelf life up to 3 years.
  • Warning: Causes severe eye irritation. Keep out of reach of children. If product gets in eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do, then continue rinsing.
  • Contains anionic surfactants (15–30%).

Sustainability that fits your ride

This isn’t just cleaner—it’s a cleaner plan. The powder arrives in compostable sachets printed with vegetable inks, and the box is made from FSC recycled card. Order refills in small, zero‑plastic packs and avoid shipping water or single‑use bottles.

Ready to ride

Lighten your kit and your conscience. Mix up a bottle, give your bike the thorough clean it deserves, then get back out there and ride hard.
